Billy Joe Rish Park-Sunland Marianna is 98.6 acres of white sand and sea oat covered dunes located at Cape San Blas near Port St. Joe. The park is completely handicap accessible with boardwalks and ramps connecting dormitories and family cottages to the multi-purpose event hall which has a cooking facility, Olympic size pool, miniature golf and shuffle board. The park is owned and operated by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. For reservations call 850-482-9386.

Hawkins Park is located at 5550 Bubba Lane off Munson Rd in Milton (Santa Rosa Co.). The park is owned by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and has pavilions, BBQ grills, handicap accessible swings, sand volley ball and a boardwalk that accesses a fishing pier and an accessible bath house. Reservations for the use of the pavilions and bath facility are recommended. Contact APD at 850-595-8351 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
